The supplications and remembrances in this library are drawn from two classical compilations: Ḥiṣn al-Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim), compiled by Shaykh Saʿīd ibn ʿAlī ibn Wahf al-Qaḥṭānī (d. 1440 AH / 2018 CE), and al-Ḥiṣn al-Ḥaṣīn min Kalām Sayyid al-Mursalīn (The Impregnable Fortress), compiled by Imām Shams al-Dīn Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn al-Jazarī (751–833 AH / 1350–1429 CE). Each entry gives its own source.
