Our accessibility commitment
This website is operated by HOUSE OF SUNNAH REMEDIES LIMITED, trading as Sunnah Remedies, company number 17472667. Our registered office is 102 Abercairn Road, London, England, SW16 5AD.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use the Sunnah Remedies website. Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA and to make reasonable adjustments where needed.
This is our accessibility target, rather than a claim that every part of the website has been independently certified as conforming to that standard.
Reporting a problem or requesting an alternative format
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in an alternative format, please email support@sunnahremedies.co.uk. You can also write to our registered office, marked for the attention of the Accessibility Team.
Please tell us which page or document you need help with, the difficulty you encountered and how you would prefer us to respond. You may also tell us about any browser or assistive technology involved, if you wish. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or medical records.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
We will consider your report, discuss any reasonable adjustment or alternative way of accessing the information and explain the next steps. If resolving the issue will take longer, we will keep you informed.
Complaints and independent advice
If you are dissatisfied with our response, please ask us to review your complaint by emailing support@sunnahremedies.co.uk or writing to our registered office.
For advice about disability discrimination in England, Scotland or Wales, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service at https://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com. In Northern Ireland, you can contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland at https://www.equalityni.org.
Where a service is subject to Danish accessibility legislation, concerns about compliance can be raised with Erhvervsstyrelsen, the Danish Business Authority, through its market-surveillance contact page at https://www.sik.dk/kontakt.
Our complaints process does not restrict your right to seek independent advice or pursue a legal remedy.

We will update this statement when relevant changes are made to the website or our accessibility arrangements.
