The Prophet ﷺ told Muʿādh, whom he loved, to say this after every prayer. It asks for help to remember, to give thanks and to worship well
اَللّٰهُمَّ أَعِنِّيْ عَلَىٰ ذِكْرِكَ وَشُكْرِكَ وَحُسْنِ عِبَادَتِكَ
O Allah, help me in remembering You, in being grateful to You, and in worshipping You in an excellent manner.
