- Preparation precedes travel. Participants are expected to read in advance, attend assigned sessions, and keep to the discipline of the group.
- This is a scholarly programme rather than a hospitality package. Priority is given to reliable teaching, safe logistics, and plain description of what the journey requires.

- Muslims who have completed Foundations of Prophetic Medicine or equivalent study in fiqh and adab.
- First-time and returning pilgrims seeking structured teaching in a cohort format.
- Travellers able to walk regularly, tolerate heat, and follow group discipline.
Commitments
- Complete the pre-journey reading list and fiqh primer before departure.
- Attend all seminars so rites are learned before performance.
- Observe group adab, including punctuality, modest dress, and scheduled phone use.
- Provide accurate health disclosure; placement may be declined on safety grounds.

Cancellation more than twelve weeks before departure: refund minus the administrative fee stated in correspondence.
Later cancellation follows the fee terms stated in the registration letter.
Conduct
Disruptive behaviour, intoxication, or disregard for modest dress may result in removal without refund.
Photography in teaching sessions is restricted to preserve focus and respect for sacred space.
