- Difficulty is stated in plain terms. Heat, distance, and limited comfort are part of the programme and should be considered before applying.
Tilsigtede deltagere
- Experienced walkers aged twenty-one and above with prior retreat or camping experience.
- Graduates of Foundations or equivalent study; Hijama or Materia Medica graduates are welcome.
- Travellers medically cleared for heat exposure and consecutive walking days of up to four hours.
Forpligtelser
- Complete the physical preparation programme issued at registration (minimum eight weeks).
- Accept basic camp conditions, including shared tents, limited washing, and early rest.
- Follow guide decisions on route and pace; safety decisions take precedence.
- Remain with the group at all times unless instructed otherwise.
