Sunnah Remedies is a trading name of HOUSE OF SUNNAH REMEDIES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17472667. Our registered office is 2 Frederick Street, London, WC1X 0ND, United Kingdom.
In these terms, we, us and our refer to HOUSE OF SUNNAH REMEDIES LIMITED. You can contact us at support@sunnahremedies.co.uk or write to our registered office.
This website provides information about Sunnah Remedies, our educational activities and our proposed products and services.
Online purchasing and appointment booking are not currently available through this website, except for the Aarhus Hijama Practitioner Programme application deposit described below. General enquiries and expressions of interest do not create a purchase, booking or enrolment contract, reserve a place or require payment. An application for the Aarhus Hijama Practitioner Programme requires payment of the DKK 1,000 application deposit. Payment of the deposit does not guarantee acceptance onto the programme.
If we subsequently offer you a product, course or service, we will provide the relevant information and terms before asking you to enter into a contract.
To submit an application for the Aarhus Hijama Practitioner Programme, you must pay a DKK 1,000 application deposit.
The total course fee is DKK 8,999.99, including VAT. If your application is successful after interview, the DKK 1,000 deposit will be deducted from the total course fee, leaving a remaining balance of DKK 7,999.99. All prices include VAT.
Payment of the application deposit does not guarantee acceptance onto the programme. Admission remains subject to application review, interview and suitability.
If we decline your application, at any stage, your DKK 1,000 application deposit will be refunded in full.
The deposit will also be refunded where Sunnah Remedies cancels the programme, takes payment in error, receives a duplicate payment, or is legally required to refund it.
If you withdraw your application or do not attend your interview, the application deposit is non-refundable. In all other cases the deposit is non-refundable once your application has been submitted and payment has been completed, unless one of the refund cases above applies.
If your application is successful, we will notify you and provide instructions for paying the remaining balance. Your place is not fully confirmed until any required balance has been paid and all onboarding requirements have been completed.
If we decline your application, you will not be admitted to the programme and your application deposit will be refunded in full.
If you are accepted but do not pay the remaining balance by the deadline given to you, we may withdraw the offer of a place. The application deposit is non-refundable in that case unless we state otherwise in writing or are legally required to refund it.
If Sunnah Remedies cancels the programme, we will refund the application deposit and any course balance already paid, unless you agree to transfer the payment to another programme or date.
If the programme is postponed or materially changed, we will explain your available options before proceeding.
Refunds are processed manually. Any approved refund will usually be returned through the original payment method via Stripe. Processing times may depend on Stripe, your bank or payment provider.
Information on this website is provided for general information and education. It does not constitute a personal medical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan or recommendation that a particular remedy or treatment is suitable for you.
Seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional about your individual circumstances. Do not stop prescribed treatment or delay obtaining medical attention because of information on this website.
Religious and historical references explain the traditions discussed. They should not be understood as clinical evidence that a product or treatment will prevent, treat or cure a medical condition.
You must not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious software, attempt to obtain unauthorised access or deliberately interfere with its operation or another person's use.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website, including restricting access where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security incident. We may also interrupt access for maintenance. These provisions do not remove any responsibility or remedy that the law requires.
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original text, design and other materials belong to us or are used with permission. You may read, download or print reasonable extracts for your personal, non-commercial use, retaining relevant attribution and notices.
Other uses may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Nothing in these terms prevents a use permitted by applicable copyright law or grants us rights over material that we do not own.

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal information. Our Cookies Notice explains our use of cookies and similar technologies and how to manage your choices. Using the website does not, by itself, give consent to optional analytics or marketing.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of that breach or failure, or if it was reasonably contemplated by you and us when the relevant obligation arose.
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights or your rights and remedies under applicable data protection law.
We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not reasonably foreseeable. This does not affect any responsibility that the law requires us to accept.
These website terms do not replace or reduce our obligations under any separate contract for products, courses or services.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law that would otherwise apply to you.
You may bring proceedings concerning these terms in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in Denmark, nothing in these terms removes any mandatory protection available to you under Danish law or any right you have under applicable law to bring proceedings in Denmark.
We will not require a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in England and Wales where applicable law gives that consumer the right to use another court. Any proceedings we bring against a consumer will be brought only in a court permitted by applicable law.
If you use the website in the course of your business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rule of law.
Contact support@sunnahremedies.co.uk with questions or complaints about this website. Raising a complaint with us does not restrict your right to obtain independent advice, contact a relevant regulator or use any legal remedy available to you.
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website or applicable requirements. Updated terms will be published on this page with their effective date. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already arisen or alter a separate contract without a lawful basis for doing so.
