Hijama

Hijama (wet cupping) is described in numerous authentic Hadith as one of the greatest forms of healing in the prophetic tradition. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Indeed the best of remedies you have is hijama."

The practice involves creating light suction on specific points of the body to draw stagnant blood toward the surface, followed by tiny superficial incisions. Modern practitioners use sterile, single-use equipment throughout.

The Sunnah recommends hijama on the 17th, 19th, and 21st of the lunar month. Many people report relief from chronic pain, improved energy, and a profound sense of lightness and calm following a session. Preparation is simple: stay hydrated, avoid heavy meals beforehand, and arrive relaxed.
